Privacy policy
How we handle the information you share with us.
Rasmi Development Group (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the personal information of candidates, clients and website visitors. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, resume and any note you include.
- Contact inquiries: your name, email, phone number, company and message.
- Technical data: a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser type, used only to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To assess your suitability for the role you applied for and for similar roles
- To contact you about your application or inquiry
- To share your profile with a prospective employer, but only for a specific role and after speaking with you
- To protect our website from spam and misuse
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use automated scoring or profiling to make hiring decisions.
How we protect it
Resumes are kept in private, access-controlled storage. Only authorized members of our recruitment team can view them, through time-limited secure links. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Where your information goes
Your information is stored with our cloud hosting providers and accessed by our recruitment team, who work in the Gulf region. With your agreement, we share your profile with a prospective employer in Saudi Arabia, Qatar or Kuwait for a specific role. This means your information is transferred outside your home country. We use providers that protect it with contractual safeguards, encryption and strict access controls.
How long we keep it
We keep application data for up to 24 months after your last contact with us so that we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent at any time. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have these rights under state law, and we will not discriminate against you for using them. If you are in the UK or the European Union, you also have rights under the UK GDPR / GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
